True! It’s just that I have a chlorine allergy, which is used over here in pools for hygienic purposes (probably elsewhere as well I assume), so that’s a no go unfortunately.

Yeah kinda, a mix of chopped Cauliflower, Shallots, Cucumber, Green Beans etc in Cider vinegar, Mustard, Turmeric, Ground Ginger, flour and sugar…So a crisp vegetable mix in a sweet, tart and mustard dressing.
