Mind was drifting off.
For a brief moment I thought that plate of food came out of the box.

Hey Hey Happy Fathers Day!
Happy Father’s Day to all the amazing dads out there — especially the ones passing down good music, great sound, and even better values.

Happy Fathers day to the rest of the world. We’ve already had ours in March. (Antwerp still follows the St Josephsday tradition)
A customary day for the celebration of fatherhood in Catholic Europe is known to date back to at least 1508. It is usually celebrated on 19 March, as the feast day of Saint Joseph, who is referred to as the fatherly Nutritor Domini (“Nourisher of the Lord”) in Catholicism and “the putative father of Jesus” in southern European tradition. This celebration was brought to the Americas by the Spanish and Portuguese. The Catholic Church actively supported the custom of a celebration of fatherhood on St. Joseph’s Day from either the last years of the 14th century or from the early 15th century,[5] apparently on the initiative of the Franciscans.
Father’s Day is in November here in Norway😅
I’m struggling to squeeze in training at weekends, but I have at least started to get regular playing session in. My average HR is low compared to the cardio I do at the gym, but I still manage to burn plenty of calories
Same. Kai is a handful and weekends I’m with him just about every waking moment. No complaints but my streak is hardest to keep up on the weekends.
Day 48 now
Happy Father’s Day to all of the Dads out there killing it!
and
for Dad.
Spam Musubi for Kai and he loves spam so much that it bothers my Wife. Too much salt
I think ice cream and snacks are worse but that’s a battle for another day
Long ass day in the office, really early start, later finish than I hoped, but I still managed to squeeze some training in.
As an avid cyclist, approximately 5000 miles per year, due to some heart and thyroid issues, and osteoarthritis flaring up in both knees, preventing me from so much as walking, let alone riding my bike
for the last 6 months, however, following courses of medication and physiotherapy, I finally managed to climb onto my indoor training bike and cycle 3 miles (Dr set me a low-level exercise plan).
It doesn’t look like much, but it means the world to me. My goal is to be able to ride my road bike around one of my short routes in a couple weeks time.
I am so sorry to hear that.
I was doing about half that distance until last winter. My blood pressure shot up, and it has been resistant to meds. They think it might be thyroid, but testing has be slow and with mixed results.
I have been walking to stay somewhat active, but that will get tougher now that summer is in full swing. 95 degrees isn’t as bad at bike speeds.
It was acceptable. The U.K. can’t really do burgers…
Just cardio/physio this morning.
I’ll spare you the picture of the hotel breakfast

Took a look at the menu out of curiosity. They even have a couple of vegetarian alternatives (which, being a vegetarian) I can appreciate. 'No sleep ‘til Hereford’ then
