Thats hilarious.
Reminds me of seeing some posts during summer/619 sale on headfi. Suddenly a bunch of drones came out posting about the deals that could be made on pushed sets (Z’s new set was one of the major offenders). Even longtime frequent posters suddenly had bits about that sale that was so off from their normal writing. Really wild, it was just literal copy-pastes from some promo-mail.
And like the drones they are, they oblige, or risk no longer getting free stuff.

I actually bought both my Twilight and Mega5 from them because on paper they have decent terms and conditions for warranty claims etc. After having read the stories about their actual behaviour (and this sort of thing), will not be doing that again.

You don’t buy chifi because of warranty but despite it. I bough many times from both linsoul and hifigo and got lucky most of the time.
Once i was not it was linsoul in early days with clairvoyance.

Exactly. I’ve had good and bad experiences with both in terms of cs. The difference was that with Linsoul it felt like having a door slammed in your face and Hifigo felt like having to explain quantummechanics to a toddler. Both infuriating experiences. Shenzhen audio was only bad experiencies, Penon was surprisingly ok (still not a fan of their ‘discount’ system). Shanling has been good to me. Aliexpress is a mixed bag, with the guy from Hakugei cables being the most accomodating so far.
