How is the R4 overall? I’m looking to get a dap for 11.11 or a used one. It’s been a while since the days of iPods and Sansa clip mp3 player.

I’m just starting to load a full library. Never had the OG R4…I’m assuming without looking it’s same without the custom U.I.

Some progress were made in regards to heat & battery life. Supposedly also changed the sound somewhat to be more crisp and a more circular stage rather than oval.
