I saw the Pula PA02 for $137 as well ( normally $189 ). I like Aful ( Explorer is a favorite of mine ), but hate HiFiGo and their shills here hit hard, so they are a confusing brand for me. I saw the Explorer has a 15% coupon on Amazon right now ( which gets it to $102 ).
I am trying to sit on orders right now. I have more than enough gear and am thinking about giving away and/or selling some stuff.
I also have the Deuce coming, at least in theory. I got a tracking number from FatFreq 6 days ago, but it still doesnât show as trackable ( I took the standard Singapore post shipping ), so who knows how long that takes, or if it is still waiting to be shipped. It seems like that is part of the FatFreq experience.
Same situation. Shipped many days ago, tracking doesnât work and shows either itâs a 3rd party tracking number or itâs un-trackable.
Based on their correspondence and saying they handed it off, Iâm not sure what to make of it. Either they need to never hire that shipping/logistic company again or they thought it would be a trackable number and it isnât. Iâm really not sure.
It could end up showing up any day now (8-10 business days puts it around this time to end of this week/start of next week) or that company received everything and decided to sit on it so they could move everything at the same time and they havenât done anything. Think itâll be a wait and see.
Edit: theyâre super awesome people, super nice and ambitious but, yeah, I think this has probably soured some people.
The good thing is about this entire situation is that once the Deuce does start landing in peoples hands, they shouldnât be disappointed by the sound and the wait will be worth it!

The second that batch arrived I shoulda been the 1st guy so I can confirm.
I havenât gotten a set since July.

The payment system was chosed before the Sept 16th scheduled launch

Man, based on what I heard, itâs worth the wait for sure. I think itâll be a freaking fire hit. Impressions will come and itâll be a staple for sure (once everything is finally freaking settled, lol).
I definitely see your point of view, Chris, 1000% - I just know in 3 months time, people will be raving about the Deuce rather than focusing on this timing situation. The hobby moves hella fast!
Yeah, man. They sold 3 on the spot for a reason. I donât think I appreciated it as much as I could have at CanJam but people arenât going to drop that much cash on something that isnât special. Itâs like a mobile Sennheiser HE-1 type of experience.
