You’re not an asshole that takes pleasure in other folks struggle… an inner rage that you know well.

Refreshing tracking or looking for it…enjoying it like a person enjoys an impacted wisdom tooth.
You are not a prick.

That said…go for it brother.
People who pay get the right to say…whatever…they…want

Plot twist: The video audio was played through the IEMs… and even facing away into a cushioned surface the sound was full and immersive.

Hahah. I do hope my show floor impressions are equivalent or better at home, but I trust my ears. I put it through a lot and I really couldn’t get the sound out of my head. That damn bass man…

With that said, I still enjoy my other sets just as much as before I heard it. The Fugaku doesn’t replace those for me because the use case is different.

If you create an account on the FF site you should be able to look up your order and also message them and ask questions. You can ask questions as a guest via the chat option too but still have to leave an email addy, so might just as well create an account. YMMV

Even if you just email them - your order # is in the confirmation email they sent when you ordered. You can reference that order # with your inquiry.

I took a few minutes to email FatFreq and respectfully but firmly unloaded their reality from a concerned customer POV. There was also a subtle suggestion that Paypal would have no problem returning my money as Sept and Oct deadlines came and went, and as they have not been responding, this is starting to look like a bad deal.
An hour later I had the same uninformative tracking that some of you folks have…Don’t think it was coincidence, could be.
My concern is their method of shipping. Singpost to Philpost? Say it ain’t so…could literally be months with zero accountability/tracking…sweet!

Getting money from them is not a smooth event. I’m on Payoneer live chat for 3rd day in a row and and about to close this down. It was a great idea with bad …really poor execution.
Sorry for the stress bro

“You see - in the ‘d’”

“You see in the dark”

A set that bestows night vision. Conspiracy confirmed. No wonder they kept this under wraps. Thousands of sets in civilian hands.

I should go to bed

Did your shipping/tracking info work ever for you? Or was it not showing anything until it showed up?

It just showed up. I wasn’t given tracking till after it arrived. But it’s here

Man, I’m getting the vibe that the shipping company that they worked with is terrible.

video in the making?

They said the shipping forwarder can get the sets to people in 4-15 days depending on their country and chosen shipping method.
I was specific with my question and they were specific with the reply.
The large amount of packages requires a shipping company that forwards to Fed Ex or whatever buyer chose.
The packages have been passed off and there is no delay there.

Singapore post tracking is now working…no real progress in shipping but at least the number is recognised now.
Im guessing they got a parcel dump from FF and they were working through it…:man_shrugging:
