Balanced cable "Earmax" from ebay

Hi,

Im looking for a balanced cable with a 4,4mm connection for my Ifi Hip Dac and Focal Celestee setup.

Im located in Sweden so the brands often refered to here like Heart is punished with heavy custum fees. Also and more so I would like to have a cable that ends in a 4,4 connection without an adapter.

Have anyone tried this brand of cable from ebay named Earmax? It seems legit from the faqs but so does most things on Ebay :upside_down_face:.

Perhapps someone has another option in mind?

I have an Earmax 2.5mm for My Audioquest Nighthawk Carbon. It is solid. Nothing wow. The microphonics are pretty good. It is about the cheapest to get a balanced cable. Make sure it is not too short for your usage scenario

Only others I have or my Sivga P2 cable and hart audio cables. Maybe slightly less. Hard to say. I upgraded daps and don’t use 2.5 mm anymore. It’s a fine cable

can you order from AliExpress with ease or would you get smacked with taxes on that as well?

did you look on Amazon for options?

you might want to try finding some EU-centric audio forums…there you may find a local(ish) version of Hart Cables that you can order from. :slight_smile:
