I’m assuming the iFi nano drives the 4xx better than the dragonfly red?
Not sure if this thread is still active, but just picked up some HE4xx from drop and looking for a budget amp. Kind of narrowed my choice down to the xDuoo xd05 basic or the xDuoo XP-20 pro. They seem pretty close in specs but Pro comes with Bluetooth. I will mostly use at home and mostly with my iPhone 12 or my Mac mini. With the pro while you gain the Bluetooth it looks like there is only one type of input. Is there any reason not to go with the pro? Also was considering the iFi Hip-Dac and Zen dac. Any thoughts other suggestions? Around $150 is my max

I just picked up a 6xx and the zen/dac amp is the top of my list, especially because of the synergy with stacking options.
I would personally go with the ZEN lineup, but if you’re more portable, go with the hip-dac!
Either are great and bring a lot more bang for the buck.
