The ikko oh10 are far superior to the tfz no3 the tfz have more bass but not much the oh10 surpass the tfz in every way in my opinion I own both.

I have been hearing lots of good things about those
There pretty good as long as you can get them to fit comfortably
They look kinda large makes me worry if they will fit in my ears 
It’s more of the weight and shallow fit for me, but I don’t think this would work well for someone with smaller ears, since their weight and how they have to be supported by the ear to be comfortable
The weight and fit isn’t a problem for me they are currently my daily drivers
I have pretty small ears I dont think that they will work for me for reference the cca10 pushes out my ears even with small tips. The shape and thickness dont work for me.
Then I think the oh10 might not work well for you. You could try, the sounds pretty great, but you may have comfort issues
Have you tried hifiboy hvo3 they may work for you
