The Beyerdynamic MMX 100 surprised me in a few ways, notably it has a detachable cable at $100 from beyerdynamic lol…and it doesn’t exhibit the classic beyerdynamic peak. It was like they refined the criticism of there prior products. This thing has definitely boosted bass but overall makes it a fun and engaging headphone to listen too. I say it sounds pretty much harmanish curve with little bit more bass. I compare this to Hyperx Cloud Alpha below. This is like the new Takstar 80 / Takstar 82 beater lol
