Kef has a decent price on the Q150 ($350) and Q350 ($500) amongst other things. I use the Q150 at my desk with the JDS Labs Element II as a DAC/pre amp and the Amp Camp Amp, and I think they sound amazing for the price. (But I don’t have highly trained Zeos ears).

Schiit products never go on sale, they have a bit on it in their “about” section(I’d link but I hate typing on mobile). The only discounts you’ll ever get from them are B stock, clearance on discontinued models and rarely an update thing for old customers on upgradable products.
Sundara open box with warranty are $300 all the time on Hifiman’s site. If price is your primary concern I’d look at the HD6XX on drop, it’s $50ish off it’s normal $220 price right now. The 6XX still needs an amp but the HD6?? Series scales well and you could spend the extra money saved on a beefier amp, which T60s will appreciate if you ever decide to mod them.

I love my HD600, I’ve heard the HD6XX is its bassier, more relaxed and cheaper brother. If that’s true than I’d highly recommend it for $180.
Modi/Magni stack + HD6XX = $380. That’s $120 under budget before tax, shipping, cables, etc. Assuming that T60s don’t go on sale soon, you can set the money you saved aside and put it towards T60s/Sundaras/whatever after your finances stabilize.

VZR Model One headset/headphone is $50 oft at $299. Fantastic bass better than anything I’ve tried at that price point and really solid for that price if you don’t mind V shape. Also the most isolating headphone I’ve ever tried. Supremely comfortable pads.
Cable does need some work though. It’s not on focal level bad but it’s not my favorite and with the pin out I don’t think it would be easy to replace.

Who likes movie theatre popcorn? I find that it is often the best part of going to a movie. I tried every kind of microwave and jiffy type popcorn out there and they all sucked. Several years ago I bit the bullet and bought a Stainless Steel Whirley Pop from cornpopper.ca. The first order was expensive for the pot and all the ingredients, but holy crap!!! Movie theatre popcorn at home.
