Blue yeti louder than ifi nano idsd le?

So I have both the yeti and the amp dac ifi nano idsd le and unfortunately for the 100 dollars that I gave for the ifi the yeti seems to be way louder like i need to have the ifi 60% to consider it loud and the yeti at 50% is VERY LOUD that i cant even put my headphones on. I have the illusion that the yeti is also better sounding but that might be because I cant get them to the same volume for a comparisson. Also the microphones amp specs are more detailed than the ifi’s which is not ideal to say the least. Is there something I am doing wrong?

Thanks,
Manos

Isnt the Blue Yeti a microphone?

Yes but it has a headphone jack for monitoring the sound with a built in amp dac inside.

You are mostly fine
Depending on the headphone you use, you may put one of the two amplifiers into a more favourable spot (or just have a personal preference that leans more towards the Yeti).

I agree that the lack of numbers on the IFI makes this hard to figure out from just the numbers.

Yes but that should not happen as I think they have the same output power, from what I read and they both cost 150 dollars but the blue yeti has a mic too so…
