Bluetooth adapter KZ AZ15 designed for driving IEM headphones with connector 2 pin 0.78 version C-PIN. Unfortunately small size of device makes it more fragile and easy to tear down connector from the rest of wiring. Manufacturer have used wires in ceramic coating (enamelled) which is difficult to weld. Due to that device has been completely tore down to get an access to welding points on PCB. New wires has been welded, twisted and covered with heat shrink tube (4:1) with glue inside. Originally wires were “memory shape” around the ears and there is easy to find correct connect position. After repair wires are flexible and one pin on connector need to marked to avoid wrong connection to the IEM headphones.
