I have an old pair of In-Ear Systems IEM’s that have MCX connectors.
My question is, does anyone make a Bluetooth adapter that uses the MCX connectors?
I would like to use them wirelessly with my phone.

If i understand you correctly then I would say the UTSW5 from Fiio. They are either 2pin or mmcx. Depending on which you choose.

That’s what I’m looking for but with MCX connectors not MMCX connectors.

There has to be a reason why there are like million MMCX options and not really any with MCX.
Seems like most MCX related stuff is for GPS and antennas and that short?
Even if no China made BT stuff is available for MCX… that says a lot.
These IEMs were custom fit (a mold was taken of my ear canal) and made back in 2009. They are true triple, having a drive for bass, mid, and high. In Ear System were fairly new on the market and at the time MMCX connectors were not being utilized.
All modern IEMs utilized MMCX or 2 pin connections.

Wow, I haven’t seen an MCX connector in quite a while! I used to have a pair of IEMs with these as well, but I got rid of them a long time ago. I don’t think you’re going to find a TWS adapter for those bad boys so you really only have two avenues you can work with. First, you can use an adapter like @Ohmboy posted above if you can find one that works and I don’t know how feasible that it. Second, you can also go with something like the Fiio BTR3/BTR3k/BTR5/BTR7, the Qudelix5k, the ifi Go Blu, etc. which will let you plug your IEMs into a small bluetooth DAC/amp that connects to your phone via bluetooth.
Edit: Check out this store on AliExpress. They have a bunch of adapters listed here and if they don’t have the correct one you might shoot them an email and see if they can source then for you.

Edit 2: So this eBay store has MCX male to MMCX female pigtail adapters. This is the closest thing I have found so far, but you could possibly email them and see if they can put together a shorter adapter.
