Great little DAC/Amp with BT capabilities - can’t tell the difference in sound from my desktop set up (DX3+ Pro). Does anyone have any desire for a barely used Monolith Liquid Platinum and a bunch of NOS Mulllard and Amperex tubes (Amperex E88CC and 7308, Mullard E88CC)? I could probably get rid of the whole package for around $600. I bought the LP in March when it was new when Monoprice was liquidating them, and I accumulated the tubes over the months since. The best pairing, IMHO, is the 7308 (E188CC) from Amperex. But they are all great!
Five of the Mullards, I ordered as a set and they are in the RCA, GE, Sylvania boxes. I have a couple of Mullards in original boxes and a Matched pair of E88CC from Amperex (one branded amperex and the other branded GE, but originally produced in Heerlen).
The EH that came with it, I sold. So, if you want this amp, you would automatically get some NOS tubes.
Not sure how this piece is still on the market.
A really great headphone at an outstanding price from an outstanding A++ seller. One whom I’ve purchased from before, and can recommend in confidence.
