And I thought I got a good price on EST 112s yesterday. All of those prices are absolutely insane. It’s all I can do to not buy something. Amazing.
Kinda glad I went out to the corner, I was about to buy a bunch of things that are now gone. Not because I needed them, but because they were interesting and a really good price.
I’ve done business with Sonofholhorse in the past and he’s always been awesome. 100% trustworthy.
Even though I’m trying to sell a bunch of stuff off myself, I had to take that Dusk off his hands. lol! Thank you Sonofholhorse.
Thank you for taking at least that bullet for me. I was up to 4 I was possibly going to buy now I just messaged to only buy 2 of them.
at least you wont have to compete on the dunu est for price that is one of the 2
And I took the Nanna. What have you done to me @Resolution? Drawing me into this pit of wallet draining madness, lol.
You love it and you know it. Congrats on your Nanna & FH3!
@Sonofholhorse Are those the Nanna version that are Zeos’ favorite IEM? If so, that’s quite the steal and quite the jump from the FH3. Way to go @Michael
I am pretty sure that the nanna v2.0 is his favorite, but he really liked the original and in general liked saying nah nah.
I couldn’t remember what version, but that’s pretty big praise. Unfortunately, I haven’t had the opportunity to hear either yet.
I had debated buying the nanna, starlight, est 112, blessing and spring. Luckily I only had to shell out for the est and spring.
@TkSilver is correct, they are the 1.0 original versions, which WERE Zeos’ favorite until he got the 2.0. I never bothered with the 2.0 because I liked the 1.0 so much.
Man, you guys really know your Zeos facts. I need to up my game.
@Sonofholhorse I’ll bet you are super busy. The last time I sold a big list of stuff was overwhelming to say the least. It’s so much easier to buy than it is to sell. lol
Boxing and shipping is no issue here, but I’m sweating bullets to make sure that I get everyone the right tracking number on the first try (I can only imagine what the USPS receipt will look like )

Really hoping to fund an Ifi Neo purchase
Which one is you best recommend?
That’s a difficult question to answer; they all excel in different areas!
The Nanna and Starlight are far from neutral, but easily among the most exciting and engaging IEMs I’ve ever used. They also cast a VERY wide soundstage to my ears, making them very immersive.
The EST112 and Blessing 2: Dusk are the smooth, all-day listeners that work with pretty much anything that you throw at them.
The Lokahi is exciting and unique in that it has “the most DD-like bass for an all-BA unit” I have ever heard. Don’t get me wrong, the lowend isn’t overblown or out of control but the impact and texture is top-class for a BA setup. It’s also a hand-crafted labor of love that gives you a LOT for your ~$230 it goes for.
The Reecho x Peacock Spring is, to my ears, like a Tin T4 on steroids; better separation, imaging and soundstage while keeping that slightly-bright and pleasing tonality. Also a much more natural fit to my ears, and the IEM and cable themselves are like works of art. It also comes with an entire collection of tips.
The FH3 is what you reach for when you need to feel The Earth move. It is unabashedly L-shaped, but not just a bassy mess, either. An easy rec for it’s pricepoint because the whole package is great, but even on just the sound front they have a lot to offer.
The Legacy 4 is well-tuned and fits my ears like almost nothing else. Probably spent more time in my “on the road” kit than any other IEM I have had.
The Voyager 3 is not as great of a value proposition as it once was, but it’s still a decent 3BA with a warm tilt. Two of the tuning switch configs (00 and 10) are like a bootleg Andromeda (pre-2020, the OG version), but I prefer the 12 and 02 settings. I remember when everyone absolutely gushed over the Massdrop Plus (another 3BA with an extremely similar setup), and I found this to be more enjoyable than that, with a better fit and nicer build quality. Even though it’s not nearly as nice as most of my collection has been, I always pull it out every now and then.
I realize that probably sounds rambly, but that’s how I feel about them. I’m selling them all off because I have OTHER IEMs that I’m using more frequently, and they’ll do more good in the hands (and ears) of someone that’ll enjoy them regularly rather than sitting around waiting to be used every so often.
I am selling a pair of DCA Aeon 2 Noires. Here is my listing on Head-Fi for the headphones. Asking 800.
