Connecting studio monitors to television

I got a good deal on a pair of Kali LP-6’s and I’ll get them to use with my television. The question is, which is the best way of connecting it to the TV? The TV has all kinds of normal outputs like HDMI, HDMI ARC, Optical, and headphone.
What I’m thinking at the moment is, I’ll simply use the 3.5mm output and then try to find some adapter to expose XLR ports that I can use at the speakers. It this a good thing? Suggestions?

Can do that, yes.

From a quick search online, they have an RCA input.

I would get a small Y-Splitter like this (TRS to RCA female):

And two RCA male to male cables.
