have you heard / tried / demo it? thoughts?
Briefly at canjam, personally my main thought was meh lol. Didn’t get enough time with it to form a proper opinion but it didn’t blow me away at first listen or anything like that. Sounded good though but I would want a bit more than good for that price. They had it demoed with 009 and it was good for midrange warmth and smoothness but didn’t really have that much control and precision as I would like (also somewhat sounded sluggish), generally I would just go for something like a headamp bhse as imo to me it kinda did what this was going for but much much better, but that’s not super fair to say since I’ve had a bhse to demo for a few weeks and not even an hour with the kodachi lol. I don’t recall what dac they had on there though
