Damage The DarkVoice Plugging Headphones In And Out?

So when I use the DarkVoice, sometimes I like to plug headphones in/out til I find a pair of headphones I want to listen to or for comparison.

Would this damage the tube amp in any way?

I ask because while I love the sound of the DA, and while it seems like a rugged unit, I worry about it’s innards.
Plus I’ve read through forums where there’s a whole fiasco of turning it on with the headphone plugged in vs not plugged in.

A part of me thinks that it’s not a big deal whatsoever.

I’ve burnt out a power tube and destroyed a pair of cheap headphones by plugging them in with the volume pot too high, but the amp itself seems fine. The DV seems pretty durable to me, just be careful about the volume as you swap headphones.
