my master bedroom functions as both my bedroom and office…it’s oddly shaped…21’ x 7’. looks like it used to be two rooms at one point but there’s a beam across the ceiling and down the outside wall that indicates that’s likely where a wall once was.
in any case, I’m going to move my office into the smaller portion and thinking of putting up a heavy drape or something.
I want to put my desk and speakers (Kanto YU6 and SUB6) against the 6ft inside wall. behind me in the corner is a 3ft wide bi-fold closet door for a walk-in closet. I mention this as I have no idea how that would affect the acoustics, other than acting like a drum or reverberation chamber of some sort.
