Lovely comparison mate, really detailed and elaborate, thanks for this!

Would love to see Cadenza 12 and/or Nostalgia Audio Camelot step into the ring but i guess the next kilobuck blindbuy from your side needs to wait a bit :smiling_face_with_tear:

Camelot is one that really impressed me but at that time i was too much of a basshead and ended up with Legend EVO…now i would choose Camelot anytime of the day and just add a subbassshelf when needed

Yes. Blind buying has not let me down so far, I enjoy them all. Camelot thinks it will be the most universal of all here and accordingly the most musical. I have not listened to the C12, but I assume that the technical parameters are at the level of the Majestic, maybe the C12 has a slightly lower resolution, I don’t know.
Actually, for universal Hi Fi/Summit Fi I think it will be the UM Mentor.

Why do you think majestic has more resolution? Because of the ESTs?

The resoluton from the BAs in C12 is unreal and at least to my ears outperforms stuff like Grand Maestro and Penon Impact, with their ESTs, in that regard, without any hint of BA timbre

But you definitely made me curious about the majestic

Also the Multiverse Mentor is a set that i’d love to experience one day even though it’s way out of my price range

Majestic has six very strong points: absurd resolution and unreal layering/separation/pin-point/stage. I guess the resolution is due not only to the EST, but also to the overall tuning - upper mids - treble. The tuning may not appeal to everyone, despite the huge performance, so stick to something you’ve listened to, for example C12.

Yey will definitely stick with C12

btw, new comparisons

Tuning wise C12>Anole VX imho

C12 Sounds more complete, Anole VXs upper treble sounds somewhat disjointed from the rest

Another worthy contender apparantly

Also equipped with a 6 way crossover like C12

I am in the same boat except I only own 2 IEM’s so can’t really comment much. What all have you blind bought?

Almost everything

Thats one of the best product packaging I’ve seen! Seems pretty practical as well.

Nozzles are too wide for me (7mm +), so this will never be a contender… one less IEM I have to wonder about

I think that was a stated design goal for Plunge Audio; to include everything you need and nothing that you do not. It’s a great little package.

Nice idea but i would prefer separate (padded) compartments.
No way i would allow my IEMs touching each other…i am very conservative in that regard
