As it should be discussed

That is a good argument. but cant you by the same argument say that we cant rule out the existence of God? How is this “illogical”? I think its logical that assume that the universe around us was created. You do acknowledge that there are things we dont know right? Is it a good idea to limit yourself to only what we can observe and experiment on to confirm truth? Is it a good to limit yourself to science at the level it currently is in? Which is the same level as mans level of understanding and the tools he has to confirm it, which are lacking.

Since this thread is what is it.
If we had scientific proof of god. Then he might be true. Since we dont, no god.
So we can’t science god, there is none.
There also ain’t a mirror around the world. So no god.
Things are not to complex. There is fact’s and proof. Educate more ur brain. Study.
Creation is not self evident.

Like flat earth’s. They always want proof and when you can actually give it. They don’t accept it.
I would accept god or aliens or meteor worms in a heartbeat. If one of them shows up.
Before that, we go what we have, with hard facts.

You look at a watch and you know someone made it. By the same token its logical to look at the Brain and believe someone made it.

Are you assuming because i believe in God i’m not educated or studied on the subject? Where did you get this information? I have studied these things on my own and through school. I understand the arguments. i understand science.

My argument is if our science and understanding is so limited that we cant rule out certain things, flat earth not withstanding, how can we completely rule out the existence of God? By your argument, a child doesn’t have the ability to science the existence of his parents. so he must not believe in them.

Leibniz’s theory of causation, that everything has a cause, does make sense yes.

I am not saying there is no God, I am simply saying that if there were a God:
1: The notion of a God is so vastly removed from what we have as finite, mutable beings that we have no way to relate to a God, talk about a God or even think about a God.
2: The notion of a loving God is very unlikely, if we look at the evidential problem of evil we can assume that the classic Theistic God that you learn about in the Bible is nothing like how an actual God would be.
3: God wouldn’t be simple, or perfect. If you look at Divine simplicity, then it is demonstrated that the attributes that the Bible says God has are completely contradictory, and are logically impossible to follow.

The God you are told about in the Bible cannot be true, there may be a God, but not yours.

Ok I’ve let this go on long enough lol, let’s tone it down, this is a forum for audio :+1:

This forum was created so we can appreciate the works of the artists we listen too more fully. When you listen to that music what does it tell you about the artist? Is it possible as a artist to create music and not have it reveal himself? It comes from him. He leaves himself in his music.

By the same token, a creator will always show himself by his creation. When we have children we love and care deeply about them. We feel they are a part of us. They look like us. We want to help and guide them so they can avoid the bad things in life and have the good things.

This tells us who God is and how he feels about us. He also wants to help and guide us. How would he do this? especially in primitive times? By interacting with us then having those interactions recorded for our benefit. How to do this? By the written word. Collect those written words and books together and you have a library. The word Bible means library.

@M0N lol…

By the way I got two different pairs of Sennheiser HD280 Pros, bought the second one 5 years after the first one, and they sound really different.

Do yo believe there’s also a limit? Like, I’ve used my first pair every day (huh, more or less) for like five years.

I mean, why not make a thread in the off topic section?
