Does the hybrid tube do anything to the IEMs as far as sound?

I only use my P1’s with tubes! The P1’s sound great with that warm tubey airyness! I just got the BX4 and plan to upgrade the opamps with the Burson V5i or SparkoS Labs SS3602 (I need to read up on both). On my desktop, I use the xDuoo TA-01B (hybrid) with a Genalex Gold Lion 12AU7 tube. I may start test driving OTL’s again, but I always had some ground loop issues that I just didn’t want to bother with. I have way too much going on at my desk.

Also, has anybody else seen people wear their headphones on top of their jacket hoodies? My sister does it and it looks so ridiculous to me lol.

I do it if my hood is too tight and is-10 - -40 degrees c

I think it changes the sound of the headphones some, imo, which is why I wouldn’t do it myself.
