I bought the old version and was so prepared to eq a basshelf but either this one has more bass than the one i demoed when it came out or my hearing and or preferences have changed that much

I don´t know as i just bought them but it should not be too big of a problem as i baby my IEMs anyway.
I suspect they´ll get some minor microscratches even from the microfiber but that can be polished with cape cod apparantly so no problem .
The resin Legend Evo with its mirrorlike black faceplate is much more prone to fingerprints and looking nasty so i am already used to careful cleaning

ahh right! That explains it! xD But still nice to see you put the effort to really take care of your IEMs.
I personally only do the bare minimun, if i know something is gonna attract prints or dust, I still stick to the regular cleaning schedule instead of taking extra care xD. Heck, I only use matte screen guards for my phone so i dont have to wipe the screen that often xD

Glacier has had no problems with micro scratches so far. I guess it’s because of the DLC coating from DUNU. Well, I still use it carefully.

4 years old and it’s known as patina…they’re enjoying use/life ie laughter lines and wrinkles you might say …

Thanks! Yeh, I would still get the Sacrlett’s if I had extra cash just for the bass, but I am pretty satisfied with the audio quality on the Deuce. The bass for most part is pretty controlled but can get a little crazy with the bass adapter (dpeends on the song). I much prefer it without the bass adapter, its already quite enough lol…
