The Zephyr beats out the Project M for me for 1/2
Nice my Tap1 Pro and PSU2 are on the way!
They look grand.
How are you liking them? Mine have really grown on me. Admittedly it did take me a while to find tips that worked for me but once I did I’ve had no issues.
Incredible pair of IEMs.
I am completely obsessed with my pair.
Using it for a few days
I need time it seems, to get adjusted to these (Not because of bass)
Still doing some burn in but right now they are pretty promising for taking my under $1k recommendation.
Didn’t you want to let them ago again for some reason? Thought you wrote that somewhere
Yeah, the poor fit was kicking my ass for a while.
Then I changed the cable and slapped on the stock blue stem tips in different sizes and I finally found a par of tips that fit me properly for a pair of Symphonium IEMs…
I couldn’t believe it
That’s great to hear!
It’s always nice when you fall in love again with stuff that you already own
For me it was freeing Hiby R6III out of its ugly orangebrown leather case and removing the mat screen protector…it felt like owning something new again and brought back the joy of using it
Ain’t that the truth!
I’m using velvet tips to get a good seal, stock tips don’t work at all for me.
I tried using those but they slipped off the nozzle once and I said forget it lol I’m too nervous to take that chance honestly.
Dang I haven’t had that happen yet.
Every time I pull out the Ice Labs Prismatica, I fall in love all over again. This IEM has a different charm, good, strong bass presence, lovely vocals, sweet timbre, and detailed treble. For an all-BA the Bass works really well here. Image also turned out to be quite good.
This is hands down one of the most surprising, punchy, exciting, and bassy IEMs I’ve heard in this price range. What makes it stand out is the perfect balance between sub-bass and treble. You get all the bass goodness without sacrificing clarity and I mean MASSIVE BASS. The mids? Well-balanced and surprisingly untouched by that insane FATFreq bass flavor (no bleeding). If you have tried their Scarlett mini then I would sort of consider the Deuce to be a mini version but with smoother treble. Definitely a solid purchase !!!
I couldn’t resist snapping some shots of these beauty with my Sony A7C (35mm f/1.8, film lens)…
