Cheapest I have ever seen either product.
Having gone down both roads I would strongly recommend the Elex’s. That is a lot of headphone for $550.00.
For sure. Only I don’t even have $550 to burn again

I’m pretty sure they do every year but idk when exactly it happens, though if I remember correctly, the B-stocks sell out in a matter of hours.

It wasn’t that long ago that people were lining up to pay $399.00. 
It’s not my thing, but I know a lot of people like THX.

Definitely the lowest. I’ve had 880 600 Ohms, Hemps, Sundaras, T60 Argons… but never tried a Sennheiser. From what I’m told this would be a downgrade to maybe all of those, but at this price does it make sense now?
It makes sense if you pair it with an OTL tube amp. That combo will give you a very different experience than your other HP’s.
