Hello, I have a problem with my moondrop chu 2s. I got it today and used it brand new but the left side was silent. I then tried other wires and the left side worked. is there any way I could get a replacement cable? because the problem is with the cable.
Unsure why you would ask an internet forum this question… generally you want to ask the party you purchased from. What would be be able to do to help you lmao
If you bought them new rather than used, ask the customer service at the store or website you purchased the Chu2 from. If you bought them used, you could seek a refund (whole or partial) from whomever you bought them from, otherwise simply replace the cable.
