why I put it in quotations what I mean is closer to alternative or indie music.urban dicitonary has a pretty good description of what hipster is
I’ve always thought this qualified as hipster, but like anything, perception changes, and now not so much.

The most obscure band I heavily enjoy is a band out of Austin TX. Mr. Lewis and the Funeral 5, I guess you qualify it as Rock Polka lol. My favorite album is their first:
