Has antone tried spinfit eartips are they good
And do someone have a good eq settings for rock music for the fiio they can share

No, I just have the regular Azla sednaearfit Black (not light). I was using Senn IE Pro tips before but switched to those because of the deep insertion they offer. The IE600 has a shorter nozzle so I need a longer tip.

Having said that I canā€™t speak to their SQ because I also put a tanya filter on the nozzle to dampen the upper mids. Bass is tight and punchy though and they seal very well. Final Audio Eā€™s are stickier but they didnt work for me as I was in between sizes and the sticky material gets slick and slides out if you suffer from condensation issues

yeah but those are the short ones, the ones with the grey stem are the ones I use

I see in my country i can only buy the earfit xelastec tws will they fit

I am copying list to the post with my impressions on the device on different thread in this forum.

TL;DR - plenty of power, clean sound, nice build quality, but terrible app, crappy usability for a BT dongle (size!), too expensive. Not recommended in short as compared to Qudelix 5k at least for my use case

Is there any reason why one canā€™t clip this to oneā€™s shirt, if one has a case with a clip? I happen to like the clip the BTR5 comes with and have often used it.

BTR7 doesnā€™t come with a clip case, but if there is one somewhere it should be fine

Enjoy.

Ok, I pulled the trigger and an putting my BTR7 through its paces. Sounds magnificent with my Andromedas.

Does it sound better than the 5? Really hard to say. I think so. Not night and day., But better. I think itā€™s a touch more revealing, and the treble is a tad brighter.

It is quite a bit larger, which might be an issue for when I want to clip it onto my collar for calls. Otherwise, no.

Iā€™m curious: what happens if I use the lineout function with my Asgard? Stay tuned.

when I compared 5 vs 7 I found the 7 to have a bit better separation and soundstage but the sound signature was the same

My new BTR7 battery last about 3 hrs on full charge. Using 4.4 cable with Mest2 or S12. Boost is off.
Is that normal?

What is your gain level set at? Iā€™d say I get a similar battery life with high gain on, using the balanced output.

What I might be hearing is more the Andromeda treble living up to its reputation, if that makes sense. Sort of, itā€™s allowing the IEMs to stretch its wings. I should try with my Etys next.

this is super surprising to me. I get at least 6-7 hours with the Qudelix on high gain, balanced in performance mode and I usually keep high gain off to get an extra 1-2 hours

Hi gain. Volume level is about 40-50.
I mean itā€™s ok if I use full size hp. But with IEMs?

I agree that the BTR7 has its drawbacks. The battery and the phone software are #1 and 2 in my opinion. I didnā€™t realize that your listening level was between 40-50, personally Iā€™ve never needed to go that high with any of my IEMs on High gain. Iā€™m always hovering around 25-35 at the most. The most demanding IEM I have in terms of volume and power is probably either the Maestro Mini or the Monarch MKII but these are both fairly efficient IEMs. The ā€˜Balanced Boostā€™ feature to my ears helps the low end of the Minis so I leave it on.

I havenā€™t done any thorough testing, please note. I guess I always just feel as though my battery doesnā€™t last as long as Iā€™d hope it does. The Q5K is a phenomenal piece of kit. Between the power output and the amazing software, itā€™s probably the best way to go if you donā€™t need 4.4mm and youā€™re looking for portable use.

I have BTR5 and it last maybe 6-7hrs.
I like BTR7 for 4.4 and for itā€™s power.

Agreed. The battery life is a small price to pay for such a tiny device that outputs the power it does.

But BTR7ā€™s battery supposed to last 7hrs.
