well i clearly spoke too soon.
My set has died completely…wont charge at all.
Really bloody annoying as they were super convenient and sounded really good whilst it worked.
And since i got it from AliExpress im not sure i can go through the palaver of sending it back.
Most cases they dont ask to send it back, so give it a try - from my experience they ask to show a video that it doesnt work and that’s it. The bigger question is how long ago did you get it.
april this year…so less that 2 months…ill give it a go…what’s to lose i guess.
Oh this sucks, did you try use medi alcohol to wipe the hook’s charging contact points? Apparently dirt might interfere with charging.
Otherwise yea do reach out to Fiio / your shop / Ali - super annoying!
ive raised it with the shop.
the base unit wont charge so its not just a headset issue.
