Found my ideal sound

So after tons of researching and asking around, I have found my ideal sound that I want from a headphone. Turns out I am pretty treble sensitive, and I’ve modded my SHP 9500 to a point that they are “studio neutral” (from what I’ve been told).

I will use these headphones for about 90% competitive FPS and 10% music (I listen to tons of genres, so I’m not picky). Ideally I want a “studio” neutral or warm sound, due to my ears not liking treble but with better imaging/separation than the SHP 9500. Currently I’m looking at around $300 tops and wouldn’t mind options in the higher price range to look forward to as well. Recommend away friends!

you should take a look at the HE–4xx / 400 and perhaps something like the Sennheiser HD-599 or 599se with the difference on those being the se is an Amazon only model, but literally identical. better color too,k black instead of icky cream.
