Probably this guy:
I see the poor results of the US public system everyday. I have direct reports, many blue collar and some white, that can barely fill out a simple form or write a ledgible email. To a person they are all good, hard working folks, who IMHO were cheated by an expensive (taxes) and ineffectual system. I could go much deeper with my thoughts/opinion but not appropriate here.
