What is the real context of this?
That youtuber often does joke covers of different songs. But I think he got a real(?) yoko ono performance from somewhere and added the slayer backing. I have no idea what kind of show it was intended as lol.

I’m at a loss on the first and third one. Honestly, once I saw how badly misaligned the screen on the iMac was it’s been hard to see anything else. 
The first one is a reference to the drug commonly known as “lean”. It’s purple in color and is most often made by mixing prescription-grade cough syrup (with codeine) and Sprite.
The third one is either a reference that the guy is sober and wants to get drunk, or the girls are acting all crazy because he is looking to buy alcohol.
Oh, how wrong it feels explaining a joke hahahaha
