I had chronic bronchitis every winter for at least 2 weeks. I had done badly in Math 11 and was taking it a third time. I rode my bike to school in -15C or and drag my sorry ass in for that one class.
I never failed, but didnt get the C+ requisite needed for most post secondary programs. still didn’t nake it… 64%… one bloody point from the 65% that would have given me my needed C+.
turns out I have discalculia… dyslexia for numbers.

I was only 4 when this came out so have no recognition of it…anyone here able to proudly claim they owned one of these? Wiki says the MSRP was $730 in 1983…which is just shy of $2100 in today bucks.
