That’s always going to be subjective. I feel like it’s up to us all to skip past the ones that don’t make us laugh rather than trying to set an arbitrary standard.
Someone can keep recommending music that most people don’t seem to enjoy to a music recommendation thread in the same way.

It’s not that subjective, they’re literally posting political propaganda instead of humor. At best those are sarcastic, but sarcasm isn’t definitionally funny, it’s more often just abrasive and angry.
Anyway, I’ve dealt with that person’s nonsense on my end when I got fed up a couple of weeks ago, because there’s a little something the forum allows you to do, but I can also support the idea of moderator action to keep the humor topic humoristic rather than just let every fanatic make a scene whenever wherever, or plant their flag and take over spaces as they please.
