I have same problem, how do you fix it?
I have an Erish and recently it started power cycling itself every few seconds and was unusable. I contacted Geshelli through the website email address and received a reply within 30 minutes or so, on a Sunday no less. I didn’t expect a reply until Monday or Tuesday.
Sherri offered to send me a new board for the Erish or to have me send the unit to them and they’d fix it. I opted for a replacement board sent to me and I’d do the repair.
The board arrived today via FedEx 2-day shipping. I disassembled the unit and when I went to put the new board in, I was a little stumped on how to get the grounding wire re-attached to the chassis without fitting my fingers inside. I tried for a short time and then called them for advice on what the trick is they use to get it attached.
I spoke to Sherri and then she needed to have Geno call me back to assist further. Geno was able to articulate to me how best to do it. After that we got to chatting about a bunch of stuff and we went on like that for 40 minutes!
He did mention to me, and helped me identify on the original board and the replacement board, that they upgraded the power supply components for the Erish. The new board has some significantly beefier components for the power compared the original one that went bad in my unit.
After the call I was able to get the ground wire attached and the unit put back together. I plugged it back in and its working just fine now.
I give many thanks and a big shout out to @geshelli_labs for their amazing customer service and support. I’ve always said this about companies and vendors I work with, ‘you can sell me a product, but if you cannot support it, or me the customer, well enough, then the product isn’t worth much to me’.
I’ll be a Geshelli customer for life. Great products and equally great support.
