Recommend a good HDMI ARC audio extractor with CEC volume control for the RCA or 3.5mm out? I got close with the Ezcoo EZ-SW21HA21 but volume control isn’t implemented. I wrote them requesting a firmware update.
Dont mind the silly question but aint the “needed audio device” kinda like a AVR?

No worries, yes something super small and inexpensive ~ $100. Seems most of these companies are close, but I’ve only found products with ambiguous/confusing descriptions/reviews on Amazon.
