Headphone suggestion?

Hello. I am looking for new pair of headphones mainly for music production, mixing (trap/hip hop), and also general use (listening to music & gaming).
I like sound isolation but I don’t mind either closed or open-back headphones. I like bass but I also want it to be accurate and not boosted.
Ideally, I don’t want to spend more than 300$. Some of the models I’ve come across in this price range are:
DT 700 PRO X 280$, DT 900 PRO X 280$, DT-770 Pro 80 Ohm 144$, DT-880 Pro 250 Ohm 202$ K-371 129$, K-361 91$, HD 560S 178$

I’ve also seen some more expensive models which I can afford but I don’t know if it would be worth it that much plus I would also need to buy an amp with most of these alongside my Scarlett Solo 3rd gen:
DT-1770 Pro 474$, DT-1990 Pro 485$ ,SUNDARA 349$, HD 600 351$, HD 650 376$, HD 660S 440$.

I would appreciate any suggestion given. Thank you.

what kind of music will you be working with?

If you’re going for neutral, then the DT 880 and 990 would be good, or something like the Senn HD600’s.

and yes, it’s worth spending more. you don’t need to be insane, but the DT 880 have are like the Jr of the HD600’s, as an example.

I mostly work with hip hop & trap but I work with all genres depending on what the client wants.
I would like to have a good balance between detail, soundstage, high, mid, and lows. Generally, a good listening experience that I wouldn’t regret.
I thought about the 880 but I’d need an amp to run them properly. I wanted to get the 6xx but unfortunately, they don’t deliver them where I live. Do you think the HD600 are better than hd650 or 660s? I could probably run the 660s with my interface without getting an amp.
Any thoughts on DT 700 Pro X?

My first instincts were to the new Beyerdynamic DT 700 Pro X. Would give you closed-back isolation, and a reasonable FR for the genres you’re working in - though they’re definitely not dead-neutral. New model can be run off anything, comfy, likely to be very durable.

The other instinct for your application is to HD560s, a more neutralish, proven, open-back pair that have a better chance of running off an audio interface than their “big-brother” HD6__ series, which are harder to power. Delivers better bass extension and a larger stage as well. Probably better for this application.

you should also take a look at Audio Technica and AKG. I think AKG is big on studio headphones.

You should try Corsair HS60 pro Best Corsair Gaming Headset. And this is in your budget and i’m sure you won’t regret after using this.
