Those of you who watch movies with headphones, please share your setup, tips, preferred headphones, your movie source (BD player or streaming) and anything you find helpful. Thank you.
Recently ive been plugging in my B&O h6 (gen2) into the DS4 controller on my ps4 and watching blurays and netflix.
My past setup was having my ps4 plugged into my Violectric V200 and then my Fostex Th900mk2 as my headphone of choice but ive sold that amp and can. :S

I use headphones a lot for TV/Movie/Streaming, as I live in a unit but still want that loud sound experience without sharing it with neighbours!
Mostly I connect my headphones to a Yamaha HT receiver, using one of the decoder settings to make sure all channels are mixed down to stereo.
Headphones I find best for me are the Hifiman 4XX as these sound the most natural and I have no problem wearing them for hours on end. Being open backed they also give a more spacious feeling and not the listening inside a closet that closed back headphones can sometimes do.
The 1 more triple driver over ear is fantastic for movies due to its forward imaging. Josh broke it down when I sent in my unit in for review. Really good for anything that sounds good with thick bass! 
Additional edit:: if you have an amp with dirac sensaround that makes basically any headphone sound like speakers so its great for movies and games, its the more flexible option but more expensive, the route I took was a monoprice thx 788 desktop and I have coaxial output from my Sony 4k blu-ray player(Sony UBP-X700 4K Ultra HD Blu-Ray Player https://www.amazon.com/dp/B078HXF9H2/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_5hvmDb62FS28G) into it. I can the send that signal out to my stereo rack for speakers or for private listening slap dirac on and use some headphones. 
If you wanted yo go even further you could prob get a pair of those mpow Bluetooth adapters and then use that to go wireless even… You prob wont hear the difference and the dirac magic will have been included in the chain.

Mobius take the cake on this for me if you’re watching on a computer. Other than that, any headphone capable of thump should do the trick.
TV optical out>FX Audio DAC-X6 , Koss KSC75 or Porta pros.
Ksc75 are great for dialog.(TV shows)
Porta pros for SciFi-action movies.
