Help finding in-ear over the ear headphones for wind

Hello Everyone. I could really use your help and expertise in helping me pick out the ideal headphones that I need for my daily bicycle trips. I keep thinking I find some good ones and then unfortunately they dont entirely live up to my needs.
I have soft ears and small earholes and need headphones that you can attach behind the ear (so they stay on)

They need to live up to these conditions:

  1. Need to be in-ear over ear headphones
  2. Need to have noise cancelling (so I dont hear the wind)
  3. Need to have technology or be equipped somehow to mask the wind rushing into the Mic
    when talking to someone

Is there an expert out there or two who has a good idea what to buy? I’m from Europe, so preferably something that can be bought here and not only through the states

I would encourage you to try bone conduction headphones. No, they don’t compare in sound quality to any other type of headphone but they will sound fine as your brain adjusts to the difference and more importantly you keep your earholes open for situational awareness while riding.

I rode for decades with a single IEM in my right ear keeping my left ear open to traffic et al. Bone conduction wasn’t available then but is a much better/safer option now.

A pair of Etymotic Er2SE will fix your wind and noise issue, no problem. As a benefit they sound really good with most music. They are noise cancelling but not by tech but their special fit.
