Help me choose a one and done please D:

So I have a few cheaper IEM models… instead of buying tons of cheap models of the next hype piece I am looking for something to just be done for quite awhile until major strides have taken place again.

The qualities that are most important to me would be:

  1. Resolution / Micro Details
  2. Separation / Imaging & whatever little bit of Sound Stage you can get out of an IEM
  3. I am not super treble sensitive I don’t think because I have the F1 Pro and EA500LM which are considered to be bright and aren’t a major issue to me.
  4. Comfort, weight and aesthetics matter the least to me

I listen to quite literally every genre at one point or another…even obscure ones so I need something that is considered a good “all-rounder.”

These are the models I have been considering:

($325) Dita Project M

($359) Moondrop Dusk

($399) Elysian Pilgrim

($399) Thieaudio HYPE 4

($439) Simgot EM10

($449) Softears Studio 4

($530) Mangird Xenns Top

($539) Thieaudio Oracle

($549) HiSenior Mega5-EST

($589) Thieaudio Oracle MK2

Let me know of any input you may have or any models I may have missed. Thank you!

Symphonium Audio Helios checks your boxes, but extends your budget.

Yeah I am trying to keep it under 700 dollars at the present time I think.

If you can go used, the Helios comes up for under 700 pretty consistently. Don’t have any experience with it, so don’t take this as a recommendation, but I’ve had my eye out for it so I thought I’d point that out about the pricing.

Just keep in mind it’s hard to drive. You’d probably want a desktop stack or a really beefy dongle (ie. w/ built-in battery) or DAP.

Shameful plug but buy my QDC Tiger, it’s a $1400 iem that I can let go for $700.

I’m a big fan. Review coming out soonish.

You would say that entire line is a step above the hype 4?

DaVinci and Onyx Alpha dongle is greeeeeaaat dude. If you need to cut down on bass just get Moondrop Spring tips. They’re so natural, organic and slightly lush. Incredible sub bass extension rivaling stuff in the kilobuck range, spectacular upper mids and gentle yet detailed treble.
