could some body tell me what is the purpose of power tubes in a my felix audio elise and if i change the power tube will it change the sound dont mean to sound stupid but this is my first tube amp any advice is welcome .
Yes, all tubes sound different, which is why people do something called ‘tube-rolling’ where they buy many tubes and change them to find the sound they like.

Thanks for the reply i have changed the driver tubes but is it the same with power tubes .
You will get the largest change by rolling driver/input tubes. Rolling power tubes will make an audible change, but not nearly as much.
