I noticed that someone in my area is selling a used pair for Hifiman 560 v3s for $330. Would it be better to jump on this deal now or just buy a pair of new stock Sundaras later this year? I know there have been a lot of reports of poor QC with Hifiman so buying used does scare me a little bit, but they do seem to have the best value planars right now.
So personally I would avoid the V2 and v3, it is kinda like a worse version of the he560v1, generally not worthwhile at that price. Personally if you are spending that much you might be better served by the sundara imo. Also what amp are you planning to power them with? If you are still considering the El amp ii that’s a great pick
