Has anybody tried contacting Hifiman customer support in the last week or so? For some reason they seem to be offline or unreachable…
I exchanged a couple emails with them a couple weeks ago about an order and they are usually really responsive but in the last week, they have not replied to emails.
I tried calling their support number listed on their website (201) 443-4626 and the call seems to redirect to another number and I get a mailbox thats full… Anybody else having trouble reaching them?
Its really strange… They are usually one of the best for customer support
