So i wanted to vent out myself a bit and let anyone else who also wants to join in
I live in Israel and the Israeli post office is a bonifed nightmare, to say the least:
- delays weeks/months (yes even packages with tracking)
- to losing packages on a regular basis
- damaging packages,
- branches that decide to shorten their work hours without notifying anyone (even “the main office”)
- the first notification of the package is ready to be picked up is a “last notice” SMS the day it’s supposed to be shipped back to the sender.
here is a package that has cleared custom is somehow still being “sorted”
