How do you deal with cable harmonics?

I bought some JVC 125BT, wrap around IEM’s and they’re decent enough, very small so they fit my ears pretty well, but the cable harmonics are atrocious. are there any tricks to settle them down?

You can use a shirt clip. I don’t like them, but they work.

BTW I think there have been one clip included with every OpenHeart cable I have bought from AliExpress.
