I’ve been using regular silicone and foam tips. While they do isolate somewhat, their performance is rather disappointing compared to Bluetooth headphones’ Active Noise Canceling. You who have tried third-party tips like Spinfit, or have custom stuff, or even double or triple flange tips, how do they compare to, say, the new Sony XM6 (which apparently have the best noise canceling in the world)? I hate triple flange tips and I’ve never figured out how to put them in properly, and foam tips degrade too fast. But I don’t wanna waste money looking for tips that don’t even exist.

Regular silicone tips or even foam tips will never match the ANC from TWS, However you may want to look into either CIEM or Custom tips.
I have tried with this.
