Ive been super excited for the NX6 lineup to drop. The promised a lot of exciting features and options. They offer scopes in 1-6, 2-12, 3-18, 4-24, 5-30 and 6-36. All of which are available in FFP and SFP. With the only exception being the 4-24. I didnt choose the 6-36 as the first one from the lineup. But when a supporter reached out and offered it, I couldnt say no.

Physically this is really nice. The controls are all really good and well in the expectations of its price point. The lack of a locking elevation doesnt bother me too much on this mag range, especially with how good the zero stop feels/functions. For the lower mag ranges however, a lock would be really nice…. The Mil-XT reticle is perfect for this thing, and Im happy to say the illumination has been improved over the NX8’s. From 6-25x its nearly flawless. Bright, clear, crisp and accurate color representation. Zero CA. However, from 25-30 it starts to tighten worse then average. Then from 30-36 it tigthen’s and gets darker. To the point where I struggled with it. Its the only thing about this that I didnt like. And it ruined the experience for me. I understand that scopes at their far extremes could be compromised. Bu this is beyond that. Its a 6-30 at the Very best. If your ok with it then I think youll enjoy it. But if your on the fence, I would start looking elsewhere.
