I need help integrating T5Vs into my Desktop setup

Until yesterday Ive had my Aune X8 magic DAC feeding the 789 Amp and the Koss/Drop Energizer, both of which power my headphones. Now Ive got a set of T5Vs, which get their signal from the DAC as well. If you know the X8, you may know that it only has two stereo RCA outputs - meaning rn I have to change the plugs to switch between the T5Vs and the 789.
Not only is it inconvenient but I would also love to use balanced XLR for the speaker as the RCAs do pick up LOADS of electrical noise around my desk.
I do like the X8 but I wouldnt mind changing it out for another DAC with three outputs, at least one of which has to be RCA and XLR. The third could be either of them, since the 789 takes both RCA and XLR. Using a switchbox or something like that would be fine with me too, but I dont know what to look for when searching for one of those.

Help would be very appreciated.

Also, I wish you all a wonderful christmas time <3

Any particular reason to have a 3 output DAC?
Since it pretty much removes 90% as to say, from the normal DAC’s.

You could go for something like PRE35 PRISMA.
It should have more than enough outputs and inputs for not so traditional usage.
And no need to upgrade in few years

I thought 3 outputs because I have three things that need a signal. The Energizer, the 789 and the speakers.
Sadly, the PRE35 PRISMA costs a good chunk more than half of all my audio stuff combined - meaning it’s waayy out of my budget rn.

More a budget friendly option could be, look for a DAC that has Coaxial Digital output and 2 analog outputs (XLR or RCA).

  • Feed that new dac with signal, probably PC. Use the new dac’s Digital output to feed X8 Magic Dacs Digital input.
  • Old Magic DAC feed one of the needed signals
  • New DAC’s analog outputs to the other devices.

Personally i don’t like DAC to DAC and so on but it’s a option.

Do you need volume control for your monitors?
ART SCC would be something to consider. Gives you 2x balanced in (via TRS balanced, so you may need adapters/adapter cables), 1x unbalanced in (TRS single ended) and 3x balanced/unbalanced output.
