11.11 sales 2024: tips and general how-to

This is my first 11.11 rodeo and I don’t even know where to start. General tips welcome Ali, hifigo, linsoul… How should one go about making the best of the sales at each? For us in the EU, hifigo can ship in a way that avoids 25% VAT, so that immediately makes sales there more attractive than ali where VAT is added automatically at sale.
